Halloween Night Ride!

Halloween is just around the corner and I can not think of anything better than dressing up, covering my bike in lights, and riding around our fair city with a bunch of other cyclists. The event is being put together by Sam Layco and Kate Chandler so you know it is going to awesome. Here is the info from the Facebook event;

Hey everybody for now this ride is in the works but is definitely happening on HALLOWEEN night.Some details:1) We want everyone to come and decorate their bikes with as many lights as you possibly can. Think Christmas lights, bike lights, glow in the dark accessories, and anything your imagination can come up with.

2) It’s Halloween come dressed up yourself, maybe with some lights perhaps.

3) Bike sound systems are welcome. Please contact us ASAP if you want to provide music for our ride.

The above are not required (except for the basic head and rear lights for your bike). Just bring yourself, some friends and your bikes!!!

Also, knowing Kate and Sam I know that this ride will be family friendly by three year old is already super excited about riding around with lights and costume. There is not a set meeting place yet but there is a date and a time. We will keep you all updated over the next few weeks as things unfold. But for now head over to the event page add your name to the attending list and get ready for some spooky bicycle fun.
